About this regional connection

Chongqing: Two Chongqing official-list extracts associate 铁山坪花椒鸡 with 江北区 and classify it as 热菜; the 2014 local report identifies it with Tieshanping and the Guojiatuo area. This supports a Chongqing/Jiangbei association, not exclusive origin or current availability.
