How to enjoy it

Eat the cut sections with chopsticks or hold a cooled piece over a plate. Let the hot filling cool; no extra sauce or peeling is needed.

A useful check

Ask which filling is used. This one contains pork, egg, soy, wheat and peanut oil; cooked-meat seasonings may add allergens. Ask to omit coriander before cooking if disliked.

How it may vary

Meat, vegetable and seafood fillings differ. A vegetable name alone does not exclude egg, animal fat or meat-based seasonings.
