How to enjoy it

Gently mix the dressing through the cubes and eat with a spoon. Ask about chili and peanuts before the bowl is dressed if you need them changed.

A useful check

This version contains peanuts and soy sauce, which may also contain wheat. Check the chili oil and other seasonings for dietary restrictions; a rice base alone does not establish a vegetarian dish.

How it may vary

This is a Liangsan home-style cold bowl. Dressings differ; Hunan and Guizhou rice-tofu dishes do not share one fixed recipe.
