Xinyang Maojian green tea

Xinyang Maojian green tea

信阳毛尖Xìn yáng máo jiān

A green tea from southern Henan with fine, rolled leaves and delicate pale hairs. The green-yellow infusion has a fresh aroma and a pronounced tea flavour. A long steep can make it assertive; ask for a light brew if you prefer a gentler cup.
